When that whole shift happened where athleisure became an acceptable daily outfit instead of throwing on “regular” clothes life changed in the most wonderful way. Not that I wasn’t already wearing athletic clothes or comfortwear out in public already anyway. That whole shift happened in college, where people used to joke the uniform was Uggs and leggings. What really happened is that retailers and trend forecasters actually caught up to what women were actually already wearing on a regular basis and started to give us more styles to choose from. Not that I’m saying I don’t also like to dress up. I like both equally and there’s a time and place for everything. Here are a few great picks (without the high price tags) to add to your closet.
